She didn't become
a mentor by reading about transformation.

Misty became one by living it. Born and raised in San Diego, she came of age in a home where the weight of adult struggles fell on small shoulders — leaving her with a darkness she couldn't yet name and a question that would follow her for years: Why am I here?

Music answered first. By middle school she was playing instruments with an ease that stunned even trained musicians. By her teens, a transformative experience with plant medicine cracked her heart back open — to herself, to her gifts, to the life she was meant to live. That crack became a doorway. And eventually — a vocation.

After years of deepening her musical gifts, Misty spent seven years living in an intentional community and Eco Village in Costa Rica, immersing herself in transpersonal psychology, psychoanalysis, metaphysics, interdisciplinary spirituality, and permaculture. She didn't study these frameworks — she lived them, tested them, and built her understanding from the inside out. That embodied foundation is what makes her mentorship so distinctly different from the theoretical.

Today, Misty shows up first and foremost as a mentor and guide — for women who are ready to stop playing small and start building soul-led businesses from their deepest gifts. Her decade of experience as a multi-instrumentalist, plant medicine ceremony leader, and sound healer is not separate from that role. It is that role. Music taught her how to hold space at the highest level — how to listen below the surface, how to attune to what a person truly needs, and how to create the conditions for real transformation to land.

Women were never meant to operate in straight lines. We explore the cyclical nature of feminine energy — how to recognize where you are in your own season and stop fighting your rhythms. Once something is named, it needs tending. This week focuses on embodiment practices — how to live in your gifts rather than just know about them. We build the structures, rituals, and environments your particular frequency needs to flourish. An instrument that isn't played goes out of tune. Regular resonance keeps you calibrated.
Beginning to let your gifts move outward — at whatever scale feels true. We explore the difference between performing and sounding, and what it feels like to offer from fullness rather than fear. For those ready to shape this into an offer and a livelihood, this is where we get concrete: pricing, positioning, and your first real step into visibility.
